I went to Khao Yai not for golf or hiking, but to see wildlife. The picture of Tan with a slow loris was tempting. The agency then arranged a private tour with focus on wildlife spotting. Unfortunately, I did not get to see any slow loris, but was more than rewarded with elephants, gaurs, porcupine and even a civet cat!
Very recommendable and reliable tour operator.

Better than professionals, Tony and Tan are passionate by nature and animals!

They give explanations, invite to observe some hidden animals, plants and adapt the tour to the group. They open books and ask the rangers to give you more accurate answer and descriptions.

I will definitely go back there with some friends and invite anyone to join this young couple during their trip to Khao Yai. They will make your trip unforgettable!


Meilleurs que des pro, Tony et Tan sont des passionnés par le nature, les animaux. Ils adapteront le tour pour prendre le temps de vous montrer les espèces sauvages et ouvriront des livres ou demanderont aux rangers du park pour donner des détails.

J'y retournerai avec des amis, et j'invite tous ceux qui veulent visiter Khao Yai à se joindre à ce jeune couple qui rendra votre voyage inoubliable!

It was such an amazing trip, you guys have excellent animal spotting skills which I never ever experienced during any of my other wildlife trips. As you know we were on a business trip, all my colleagues enjoyed it too. I look forward to visit again with my family...
The bat cave experience is a once in a life time opportunity.

The 4 days that we spent in Khao Yai were probably the best of our entire stay in Thailand. Your passion for nature was apparent and certainly inspired us both.

We were fortunate in having the chance to see some remarkable wildlife and were always impressed by the beautiful surroundings of the park. Beyond that though, your hospitality and dedication to ensuring we had a great time sets TonTan apart from the typical tours that most travellers likely experience.

Many thanks for a wonderful trip to Khao Yai National Park, It was a brilliant tour and all down to your amazing skills as a wildlife spotter Tony, we were very impressed! I doubt we would have seen even half of the wildlife we did see without your spotting skills, to think we saw gibbons, monkey's, hornbills, gaint squirrels, elephants, snakes, porcupines, wild boar, bee-eaters, scorpions, flying lizards and much, much more, even a very unexpected crocodile, amazing, maybe we were very lucky in all the things we saw, but without your help it would have been very difficult for us, very well done!

You were both great company and very good at what you do, we enjoyed ourself's so much we intend to come back again, maybe next year, so until then we wish you all the best with your tour business for the future and we will have no problem in recommending you to all our friends.

Beste Tan en Ton,

Wat een super service kregen we van jullie. 's Avonds gebeld en volgende morgen konden we mee op de 1-daagse trip door het park. Wat een kadootje gelijk bij de ingang al een olifant gespot. Daarna nog de neushoornvogel, soort van herten, eekhoorns, en nog een olifant geroken ;-) en gezien. Top, zo olifanten beleven in het wild in thailand ipv op de rug als toerist.

Dank jullie. Ook voor de tips en taxirit die jullie zelf voor ons reden. Hardstikke goede service!!
Veel succes met jullie vele plannen en veel plezier samen.

I booked TonTan Tours for a family trip to Khao Yai. We were warmly greeted and immediately started an exciting and bustling tour through the jungle of Khao Yai. They organized the tour so well that we were able to see every animal we were planning on seeing. Even elephants during the night safari. It was a wonderful experience.

Thanks for an amazing weekend ( and TV shoot) in Khao Yai. We saw a lot of animals - and I loved camping next to y'all! Remember my 'Best dream ever'! I feel like it came true. I found you guys, The Python Hunters found you, you guys found a Burmese Python! What are the chances! Clearly, the Khao Yai Snake Spirits were with us! And I'll never forget that elephant I saw with Tan screaming in my ear!

I and My wife, are thankful to you, Jay, and Poo for a wonderful experience in the wild for two days. Our trip was a grand success which my wife and I enjoyed every bit of. We did a trek in the rains, spotted lots of wild life and some birds. We spotted a herd of elephants on one day and a couple of them on another. Great sights, good food, wonderful accomodation in the tents, it was a marvellous trip.

Thank you for organizing it for us. Since I dont have Jay's email id with me right now, I can not send this to him directly. Please convey my thanks to him and Poo too.

Wij hebben een fantastische ervaring beleefd tijdens onze 3 daagse tocht. Jullie hadden alles voortreffelijk geregeld om het ons zo aangenaam en interessant mogelijk te maken. Veel dank hiervoor.
De nachtsafari met de vele dieren zoals olifanten en hun kalfjes, stekelvarkens, herten, civet katten,... die we gespot hebben en de mooie natuur, de watervallen en dieren overdag, zullen ons nog lang bijblijven. (Zeker met de mooie foto's die we hebben kunnen maken)

We zullen jullie zeker aanbevelen aan ieder die naar Thailand gaat. Kortom jullie waren voor ons de ideale gidsen.

Thank you for this unique experience, I wanted to show my sister something unique and you got it, this was seriously the most impressive thing I have ever seen in the two years I stay in Thailand!

Seeing black squirrels, eagles, gibbons, macaques, a few types of deer and finally a clan of 9 wild elephants was simply amazing!

Beste Ton en Tan,

Met veel genoegen, en een aardige dosis heimwee, denk ik terug aan onze tour in Khao Yai. Het waren mooie tochten, met als hoogtepunten de bamboe-etende Aziatische zwarte beer en de vallende gibbon (al kun je dat ook een dieptepunt noemen - symbolisch gezien -, maar hij kwam gelukkig op zijn pootjes terecht). Ik wens jullie veel succes met jullie bedrijf, maar ik denk dat dat helemaal goed komt. Jullie zijn enthousiast, bevlogen en betrokken. Een waardige gastheer en -vrouw van Khao Yai.
En wat dat heimwee betreft: 'gelukkig hebben we de foto's nog'.

We did an overnight camping weekend with Ton and Tan. Our 8 year old loved them both because they went out of their way to make it enjoyable for us (it probably helped that Tan was so pretty ;-).

Ton was constantly on the lookout for animals and birds and at one point he leapt out of the songthaew when he heard a gibbon calling out. He tracked it down and we spent an hour by the river just watching and listening. This is what we loved. It felt like a very personal experience not a cynical tourist one.

He even apologised for not seeing all the animals - that is how much he wanted to make it a good trip.

Driving back in the dark after our visit to the bat caves Kepler (the 8 year old) without being prompted said "I hope we can come back again one day" and I said something like "To see some more of the animals?" And he replied "Yes... but mostly because I like Ton and Tan".

I think that is the best recommendation of all.

Anyway I can honestly say they will do their very best to make your trip just what you want.

We willen jullie nog hartelijk bedanken voor de mooie 3-daagse tour in Khao-Yai. We vonden het een heel bijzondere ervaring en wat hebben we prachtige dingen gezien!
Alles was uitstekend geregeld: het vervoer, het hotel net buiten het park enz.

Onze dochter (10 jaar) heeft ook ontzettend genoten en had een hoop mooie verhalen om op school te vertellen.

Kortom: een echte aanrader deze tour!

Just would like to say a big thanks to both of you!
My parents and me had a really great time and loved the tour through the park.
It turned out to be the highlight of our Thailand trip!
We had a great time up north in Chiang Rai & Chiang Mai and in Phuket as well, but Khao Yai was just something so special.

It will take some time to sort out all the photographs, but I will sure sent you some once it's done :)

By the way it was the Binturong (bearcat) indeed that we saw on the night safari! And the slow loris as well - confirmed from the pictures.
